We held the the VCU Men’s Basketball photo shoot today, and it was an absolute blast! In addition to the standard media headshots, we let the guys cut loose in our makeshift studio. The results were pretty wild… Prints Available ...

2 hours, 350 portraits, and a team photo

This morning we up to Randolph-Macon to shoot the football team’s media portraits. After setting up our portable studio, we shot over 100 coat-and-tie portraits, then headed out to the stadium to shoot the team photo and the seniors. Then we headed back inside and shot nearly 250 jersey shots. What a BLAST! Some guys put on their game faces,...

This evening we went up to Randolph-Macon College to shoot headshots for their volleyball, field hockey, and men’s soccer teams.

In addition to shooting natural-light, environmental portraits, we are also fully equipped to shoot traditional corporate headshots on-site! That’s right, we’ll bring our studio to you! Today we were at Randolph-Macon College; tomorrow, we could be in your offices…just give us a call.

We shot the VCU Men’s Soccer team media photos this afternoon, including their team photo.

 

summer is officially over…

At least for me, that is. It’s headshot season, and today we started with VCU’s Women’s Soccer team. We’ll shoot somewhere between 400 and 500 athletes within the next 45 days… I absolutely love this work! Thanks to our setup and workflow, we’re typically able to deliver complete sets by the next day. The images... 

 

bob & jean, revisited

It’s always a treat to get to spend time with my friends Bob & Jean Antonelli. Hard to believe it’s been just about two years since they get married. Cheers to many, many more years of love and happiness! (and good look with that camera, Bob! I want to see some killer stuff from Europe!)

Talk about perfect timing…it was just a week ago that we scheduled the portrait session for Randolph-Macon’s new basketball coach’s family portrait. And now today I’m ready to put to work in the real world the exposure techniques I learned at Will Crockett’s seminar two days earlier. How sweet is this!
